By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box above, you agree to receive order and shipping notifications by text from TheProtocole, operated by PeptideCo, Inc., at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Program description. The Protocole SMS program sends order confirmations, shipping and delivery notifications, and account notices about orders you have placed. It does not send marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency. Msg frequency varies, typically 3–5 messages per order.

Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message sent and received.

To opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. You can also email concierge@theprotocole.com to be removed.

Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, and we ask for your date of birth at sign-up to confirm this. You must also be the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide. Messages are sent to US and Canadian mobile numbers only.

Privacy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions. Text messages are not an encrypted channel; please don't send sensitive health information by SMS.
